Watermelon Juice with a Twist!

We have been drinking a lot of watermelon juice lately, all thanks to the weather in Qatar now.. Hope these summers pass quickly.. Some days back when i was juicing the watermelons, my hubby suggested me to add this recipe to my blog.. Initially i was like, it is such a simple recipe and all… He then reminded me of how i too did not know regarding this little twist some months back and that after all its a healthy recipe..So why not!! Finally i was convinced that i should make this new addition to my blog..

              This recipe or rather twist was taught to me by my aunt and i have been making watermelon juice only this way since then.. Even though plain watermelon juice tastes great, few additions to it makes it taste greater (Trust me!)..

So here is the recipe for you… Do try and do keep drinking this juice especially during summers to refresh yourself rather than the unhealthy soft drinks..The soft drinks causes no benefits to your body and only increases your thirst after some time..

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

Watermelon chunks (seeds removed) as required
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Kala Namak/Black Salt

Recipe:
1.Add the watermelon chunks to a blender..

2.Add pepper powder and black salt..

3.Add little water and blend for few seconds till the chunks are well blended..
Note: Small chunks in it can be left for extra flavor..

Serve Chilled!!
