Although i am not a huge fan of button mushrooms, i can’t resist buying them because of various reasons like the health benefits associated with them, the easy chopping and also the quick cooking ability of mushrooms.. Hardly takes 5 minutes to cook..
Since i make it on a weekly basis, i have tried and tested many recipes from various sources.. My usual one is the Mushroom Capsicum Masala which is a yummy combination of the two healthy veggies and the Alambe Buthi which is a konkani dish with mushrooms in coconut masala.. Even though i love them both, my trial and error sessions never end (Thank god my hubby does not mind!)…
So this time when i sat thinking of how to cook the mushrooms in a new way, i found this yummy looking recipe from Spicy Chilly.. Tried it just today and felt it was worth sharing with all of you! This mushroom gravy is by far the most yummiest i have ever tasted.. The highlight of this recipe is the pepper which gives it an awesome flavor..
Do try this yummy mushroom masala and enjoy its spicy flavors!
