Soya Chunks Roast

I had been wanting to try something different with the soya chunks apart from my Soya Chunks Biriyani.. Precisely at that time, one of my friends came up with this yummy looking dish called soya chunks roast.. I was so much in love with her recipe that i tried it that day it self.. And i am glad to say that it came out very well..

This dry roast is one of those dishes which can be served as a starter as well as for main course.. My husband loved it so much that i have got a request for it to be made every week (and i am happy since it is an easy to make dish!).. This dish also requires the most basic ingredients but giving an awesome flavor..

I thank my friend for sharing this easy but yummy recipe with me and through me, to all of you.. You are sure to love this dish even if you are not a huge fan of soya chunks..
