Instant Oats Dosa with Cucumber chutney

Oats Oats Oats!!! Always in search of oats recipes… Is it only me or is it the same with all of you?? After Oats Rava Dosa and Instant Oats Idli , now was time for some oats dosa.. This recipe was found by my hubby during his Google search for Instant dosa recipes {Yes!! Blog crazy like me… } I loved the simplicity of the recipe and the fact that it could be done in a jiffy as it was a very easy one.. Along with that, i also found a unique recipe of cucumber chutney…. A chutney from cucumber?? Wow! That sounded refreshing to me… So there i knew what was going to be my breakfast for the lazy weekend… 😉

Even though i was confident of the dosa and the chutney, i was wondering how the combo would be… And all my fears vanished as we sat for breakfast.. I am very much pleased to announce that the combo sure did work for us…. The dosa being slightly bland gave a wonderful combo with the tangy, spicy, refreshing cucumber chutney.. We loved the dosa fully dunked in the chutney and every bite was a flavor burst…

So do try this for a change from your regular breakfast…. The chutney can also be used as a sandwich spread or a healthy dip for your starters…. Do try and enjoy the flavors…. Happy and Healthy Cooking!!
